I am a dynamic scholar and collaborative administrator focused on empowering women and minorities by effecting systemic alter at administrative and policy levels in higher didactics.

I bring two decades of articulating and bridging vision among diverse stakeholders. This is inclusive of resource allocation, fiscal decisions, and responsible and detailed management.

With xx years of experience improving students' lives, I am concerned with the infrastructure of an institution that serves a diverse campus customs in its broadest context.

My administrative focus centers on a university's academic excellence in the business concern, fiscal direction, arts, humanities, intercultural communication, artistic enterprises, and sense of community. With a global perspective, I am enthusiastic near international partnerships, professional person development for faculty, administration, and back up staff, as well as student-centered engagement.

My peers accept oftentimes noted my transparent and encouraging leadership fashion. They highlight my talent for inspiring others. By listening with intentionality, I am committed to empowering stakeholders beyond the institution.

In the spirit of work/life balance, I am an avid runner and have completed 11 marathons, 28 one-half marathons, ane total and 3 one-half Ironmans, and hundreds of other smaller events around the state and effectually the world.

Besides, as an aspiring novelist, I've tried my hand at a few creative works, and I have amateur photographs from time to fourth dimension. The images scrolling on the travel folio capture moments from my trips around the United States, Peru, Republic of cuba, South korea, Republic of hungary, China, Panama, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Espana, Portugal, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica.

My married woman and I live in beautiful Henderson, Nevada, with our lively rescue pups Pollo, Roo, and Moose.
